Short version: I don’t want your data.

This site uses no trackers, no analytics cookies, and no advertising technology.Nothing here profiles you, follows you, or phones home about you. You can verify this in your browser’s developer tools — the network tab is quiet.

What this site does handle

• Display preferences(theme, motion, text size) are saved in your browser’s local storage, on your device. They never leave it.
• Weather-matched ambience uses your approximate region, resolved on my own server. Your IP address is never sent to any third party for this.
• The project-brief form composes an email in your own mail app. Nothing is transmitted or stored until you press send in your own email client.

When you contact or book me

If you email, call, or book an appointment, the information you provide (name, contact details, and what you share about your project) is used only to schedule, prepare for, and conduct our work together. It’s stored in Scott Riedy Consulting LLC’s Microsoft 365 environment, is never sold or shared with third parties, and is never used for marketing without your separate, explicit permission. Appointment scheduling is handled by Microsoft Bookings under Microsoft’s privacy statement.

Want to know what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email contact@scottriedyllc.com and I’ll take care of it — no questions, no hoops. This applies regardless of where you live; I treat GDPR/CCPA-style rights as the floor for everyone.

Effective July 20, 2026. If this policy ever changes, the change and its date will appear here.
